How are your fees structured?
Depending on the matter, we work on hourly rates, fixed fees for defined work, or scale fees under the Advocates Remuneration Order. We always provide a written fee estimate before work begins.
Do you act for clients outside Kenya?
Yes. Our advocates are admitted in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, and we regularly act for clients in the diaspora and international companies investing in East Africa. Consultations can be held by Microsoft Teams.
